In June 1994, FTC – Tung Shing Co., Ltd., a member of Tung Shing Group, the developer of Hanoi Tung Shing Square office building, has been established by the form of joint venture between Tung Shing Development Inc. Hong Kong and Vinh Ha Construction and Food Procession Joint Stock Company (FTC).
FTC – Tung Shing Co., Ltd. (FTS) was born as one of the first companies in Hanoi who started to do a new kind of business in property market: office building for lease.
On 18th January 1997, Hanoi Tung Shing Square Office Building (TSSQ) was opened for leasing and provided approximately 10,000 m2 grade A office space. TSSQ was one of few modern office buildings with international standard, designed, constructed, construction supervised by the professional engineers from famous foreign companies. The materials, equipment, and others of the TSSQ building was imported from England.
Locating at No. 2 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, the most central position of Hoan Kiem district, the heart of Hanoi, this area has the reputation of “the Wall Street of Hanoi” as this area are the head offices of Vietnam State bank, BIDV, Vietcombank, Saigon Security Inc (SSI), Hanoi People Committee, EVN, City Theater, Metropole five star hotel, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old quarter etc.
As its central location, modern and well-designed architecture, international standard construction quality and services, TSSQ has a very high occupancy rate even during the economic crisis.
Most of TSSQ clients have prosperous business and develop day by day, many of our tenants have expanded their premises / businesses after a duration stay in TSSQ building. Our tenants are famous global companies and organizations and companies such as: United State Embassy, Public Bank, Mercedes Benz etc.
FTS is currently developing of the second phase of TSSQ building. We expect after the completion of the second phase, TSSQ building will be able to provide the market for over 30,000 Sq. m. grade A office space and will have two towers with the following facilities:
- 6 lifts, 2 escalators, 1 cargo lift, 2 exit staircases.
- Basement: 4 levels.
- Retail floor: ground floor
- F&B outlets: 1st and 2nd floors.

FTS has stable and unchanged human resources, and our staff are all equipped with professional skill and experiences. Currently we have approximately 60 staff and after development of phase 2, we expect to have over 200 staff.
